Terms, Waiver, Cancellation & Privacy

• Fredy's Beer Tours provides private, customized transportation and itinerary guidance for brewery visits in San Diego.
• We do not sell alcohol. Guests purchase their own beverages and food directly from each venue.
• Tours are for adults age 21+ where alcohol is consumed. Valid photo ID may be required at venues.
• No alcohol consumption is allowed inside the vehicle.
• Guests agree to follow venue rules, local laws, and reasonable safety instructions during the tour.
• For safety reasons, we may end a tour or refuse service for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.
• Routes and brewery stops may change based on availability, traffic, weather, venue operations, or safety concerns.

• By participating, each guest acknowledges the inherent risks of transportation, public venues, and alcohol consumption.
• Guests are responsible for their own choices regarding alcohol intake, health conditions, and personal conduct.
• To the maximum extent permitted by California law, guests release and hold harmless Fredy's Beer Tours from claims arising from participation in the tour.
• This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless conduct, or willful misconduct where such waiver is not permitted by law.
• A separate signed waiver may be required before service.

• More than 48 hours before start time: full refund.
• 24 to 48 hours before start time: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before start time or no-show: no refund.
• If Fredy's Beer Tours cancels for safety, vehicle, or operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
• Weather-related changes may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion based on safety conditions.

We collect information you provide when you contact or book, such as name, email, phone number, pickup details, and requested tour information.

We also collect technical and usage data through Matomo analytics (for example pages viewed, device/browser details, and related telemetry configured by the analytics platform).

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide tours, improve the website and service quality, and maintain safety and operations.

We do not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers when needed to operate the service, or when legally required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing info@fredysbeertours.com. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.
